I have had it for over 11 years and it has done me proud. However, since entering into the food photography world last year, it isn't doing me so proud anymore I am desperate to get a new camera and am absolutely overwhelmed by all the choices. I am convinced that a DSLR is the way to go. You photo speaks volumes. That is what I am trying to achieve but just cannot with my camera. Thanks for the great advice.

I am currently using a point an shoot Canon Powershot A590. I have had it for over 11 years and it has done me proud. I enjoy reading it. :) I have a small question about the camera lense and the body. You mentioned that lense is more important than the body of the camera. For the example of pinch of yum equipments - in that case, the camera body costs way more than the lense. Could you please elaborate a bit further on this? Thanks so much again !

Thanks for such a great article ! I enjoy reading it. 🙂
I have a small question about the camera lense and the body.
